Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used form of psychotherapy that focuses on addressing and changing negative patterns of thinking and behavior. It is a goal directed, applied approach designed to help individuals identify and modify dysfunctional thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and dysfunctional behaviors.

Individual Adult Therapy
Psychotherapy is one of the most well-known and widely used therapeutic approaches for mental and other difficulties. It is based on the therapeutic relationship that is gradually built between the therapist and the client, the person being treated.

Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
Through the principles of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, child and adolescent psychotherapy helps improve mood, anxiety and behavior through exploring and modifying confused or dysfunctional thought patterns. Through working with a child psychologist, children learn how thoughts cause feelings and moods that can influence behavior. By using individualized materials such as flashcards, stories and other materials that facilitate expression of thoughts, children learn to identify negative thoughts and manage them in a more functional way.

Parent Counselling Sessions
Parent Counselling is a supportive, guiding process for parents, which is carried out in collaboration with a psychologist, appropriately trained. It focuses on developing effective ways of managing psychological and learning difficulties that a child may experience, as well as general parenting practices that prove important for healthy and integrated psycho-emotional development of children.
