Biography
After completing bachelor studies in Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, she specialized in Counselling Psychology and Counselling in Education, Health and Work at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Democritus University of Thrace.
At present, she is completing the four-year “Training Program in Cognitive Psychotherapies” at the Research University Institute of Mental Health (EPIPSI) and Εgnition Hospital, of the Hellenic Society of Cognitive Psychotherapies (member of the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies – EABCT).
Professional experience includes individual psychotherapy for adults, individual and group psychological support for children and adolescents with developmental and learning difficulties and parent counselling.
In recent years, she has also worked as a Special Educational Staff of the Ministry of Education in secondary schools as well as in Centers for Interdisciplinary Assessment, Counselling and Support (KEDASY).
Often chooses writing as a mean of communication & expression. Articles are published on Internet and Press.
